Over the last fifteen years, Suzanne has successfully founded, developed and succeeded in establishing one of Boston’s only women-owned independent, full service, real estate firm. She is often referred to as a compassionate pit bull in the real estate business as she fights not only to keep her client’s cost as low as possible but utilizes her background in environmental policy to make Boston’s housing market as sustainable as possible, including the construction of high performance new green buildings.
Suzanne has set the stage for higher standards of real estate practices in brokerage, property management and construction and continues to consult landlords, investors and homeowners on how to best invest their money wisely. Suzanne is a young philanthropist, actively engaged in local non-profits and spends her days working in Boston’s newest residential condo market: Seaport Boston. Suzanne’s entrepreneurial and visionary leadership stems from her childhood upbringing and current homesteader lifestyle that includes a flock chickens, and her 30-foot geodesic greenhouse, growing over 50 different crops.
